Love these shoes!!! The quality of the leather and construction is second to none, and the color is spot on!! The Gulf logos are embroidered on the side and tongue with smaller logos on the side sole that really makes these shoes stand out, but in a more subtle way than an obnoxious shoe… and to top it off, these were so comfortable right out of the box. I typically wear a 10 - 10.5 and these are European size 43 fits just right. I read a previous review that compared these to Chuck Taylor’s, but these are twice the quality with superior materials and color. These also have a little more wiggle room for wider feet which makes these fit more comfortable. I paired these with my Gulf Polo shirt (also an amazing product from GP Originals) and I have gotten so many compliments on the shoes and shirt - now one of my favorite outfits!! The shipping was fast and the customer service is Top Notch as I had a question and Jonathan (the owner) called me back personally to make sure I was happy with my order… I will Definitely be ordering more products from GP Originals in the near future. When I initially saw these, I knew I had to have them. Before I could buy them, they came out with the cognac color as well, and that put me over the top :-) I’ve put reviews on here before because I have quite a few of their products from the jackets, bags, T-shirts, and other shoes and it’s because the quality is unparalleled. It’s not possible to wear something from GP originals that you don’t get a compliment.
Once again, wearing the shoes to one of my events this weekend I was inundated with comments on how they looked. The quality of the construction and the attention to detail are what I’ve come to expect From GP originals. This is not a commercial because I’m also a real buyer :-)

These fit great! I have a wide toe box (4E) that really limits the sneakers and casual shoes I can wear. I was nervous when I opened the box because of the similar look to Chucks which don't do it for me. Way too tight. Much to my surprise and enjoyment, these slipped right on when I opened up the laces! I measure a true length 10.5 American but upsized to the 11 American (44)since there are no half sizes.

I've been wearing these for about 6 months and quality and fit have been excellent. The reason for the 3 star rating is that these could really use some vents!!! The leatherette outers trap heat very quickly, feet sweat and they really just become cold weather shoes at that point. I'm going to try the canvas model to see if they're any better. Hopeful on this end.
