Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below that you placed the order with. If you're having trouble, please email us at gpo@gporiginalsusa.com

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address (or phone number if you did not provide an email address at the time of your order, for instance, on a FaceBook or Instagram order) in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange or return. If you have an exchange request, let us know what you would like to exchange for in the notes/comments section.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original shipped condition
  • Clothing / shoes must be in unworn (no visible signs of wear or stains) and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging

Are there any fees or shipping charges for an exchange or return?

  • Exchanges and returns are at no charge to you. We will email you you a shipping label.
  • Original shipping charges paid or extra charges for expedited shipping are non-refundable.

 

How soon will I receive my approval and return label?

  • Your exchange/return request should typically be processed and sent to you within 48 hours. If you have not received anything in your email (please also check your spam folder), please send us an email at gpo@gporiginalsusa.com and let us know. Occasionally, our return portal emails are blocked by spam filters and you may not receive them. Let us know and we will resend it to you.

 

How soon will I receive my exchange or refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected to ensure the item is in its original sellable condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will then process your exchange or refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • If you need an exchange sooner than the process allows, you may want to just purchase the item you need separately and request a refund/return instead of an exchange.
