How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?
We typically ship within 2 business days from the day you order if your item is in stock, and ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. We mostly use UPS ground and USPS. To states like CA, AZ, and NV, it takes 1 business day. To states on the East Coast, it takes approximately 5 business days.

Where are your products made?
You can find this information on each product page. For instance, all our shoes are handmade in Italy or Portugal, depending on the style.

Do your shoes fit true to size?
Every foot is different, so there is a lot of variation in size. In general, our shoes are true to size. However, our Racing Sneaker (the style with the checkered heel) is more narrow in the toe box than our GrandPrix Sneaker. Some customers wear the same size in both models, and some go up a size in the Racing Sneaker compared to their size in the GrandPrix Sneaker. We do not carry half sizes, so if you're in between sizes, we recommend the larger size, and using a standard shoe insert, which will add some padding and provide a more snug fit. This does work for a lot of customers, although there is no guarantee.

When will you get more shoes back in stock?
Our shoes are handmade in Europe, and are produced in small batches. They take time to produce and get shipped to the US to our Los Angeles warehouse. We do our very best to keep our sizes in stock, and will try to replenish as soon as we can. Are these shoes fireproof?
Our shoes are not fireproof. They have a rolled heel and a softer all natural rubber sole for better driving and pedal feel, but are not meant for racing requiring fireproof shoes.

Do you have replacement laces?
We don't sell laces, but you can purchase any regular laces 43-48 inches in length, depending on how long you like your laces.


How many days do I have to return or exchange my purchase?
We typically offer free exchanges and returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

What items are eligible for returns?
All items must be unworn (e.g. no signs of wear, no stains, etc.) and returned in the original packaging materials and box to ensure proper handling back to us.  

How do I return my order?
Enter your order information and we will provide a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out and place the label on your return package and drop off at your nearest US Post Office.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We will process your return within 10 business days from the time it is received. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your payment account.

Can I mail back a return using my own label?
Returns within the U.S. must be mailed back with the trackable label we provide you. If you are located outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide your own shipping back to our warehouse.
