What items are eligible for return?
We will gladly accept items back in their original sellable condition - unused, unworn (no visible signs of wear or stains), unwashed, or unaltered for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging materials and box to ensure proper handling back to us.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure the item is in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
What if my return is lost in the mail?
GrandPrix Originals USA is not responsible for any lost returns. Our shipping labels are trackable, so you will need to contact the delivery service to track down the shipment.
What if I paid with a Gift Card?
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
Are there charges for return?
Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we will provide you a shipping label.
Are my original shipping fees refunded?
Your original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund, but there is no additional shipping cost to return the item to us.
