Two weeks ago this shoe arrived in the wrong size. I mean several sizes too small. Not sure whose error, I would never have ordered the size that arrived, but maybe a keyboard error. But the reason for one star is the following: I immediately initiated a return and exchange for the correct size. I received a confirmation email that my return/exchange request had been received and to await an email with the return authorization. I have heard nothing since, despite three follow-up emails from me inquiring as to status. I mean not a word. Nothing but silence. Proceed cautiously with this outfit!

Hands down my nicest and favorite pair of shoes. I went through four pair of Sparco's trying to find a driving specific shoe that worked for me and none of them came close to fit, function, and certainly not style as these. My biggest problem with these shoes is that I want to wear them everywhere, every day. The style is perfect, the quality is legit, and goes amazing with jeans and just about any setting. Not a complaint, but keep in mind these are indeed driving shoes. They are phenomenal for working some pedals. They are OK for a little bit of normal wear, but I would not want to spend all day walking around DisneyWorld in them, LOL. A tip that I got from other owners is that they are true to size, but roomy. Buy your normal size. Don't overthink it. I have to wear inserts due to other foot issues and these are perfect for that. Sparco's just didn't like my feet. I wish these guys made a normal, daily wear type shoe/sole with the same styling...but if they did, I'd have to take out a small loan to get enough pairs! Already going to purchase three!

I've purchased my 1st pair and intend on using them when driving. They look and feel great. I purchased a size to large and returned them for a better fit. GP's return policy was easy to follow and complete. Both the original and replacement shoes were promptly sent. Thanks for a good experience.
